I know how at some Century 21 locations they give training. I was wondering how that works, and where they hold this.

Are you thinking about becoming an agent? CENTURY 21 offers many different opportunities for learning. As they say "Each Office is independently owned and operated" and may have additional leaning opportunities. Offices offer the FAST TRACK LEARNING which covers most everything a new agent may require. They may go over listing agreements, contracts, prospecting, guidelines, and on. Additionally, The CENTURY 21 system offers on-line classes that are always available for technology, prospecting, etc.

My office in Coventry, RI offers pre-license classes. It's usually 2 nights a week, for about 10 weeks. They go over everything you need to pass the real estate exam. They also offer training classes for when you are licensed for new agents. I would highly recommend calling your local CENTURY 21 office and see what they offer.

Century 21 is all about training of all types. Training agents as well as home buyers and sellers. Many office hold home buying seminars, investment seminars - check with your local Century 21 office.

Marilyn, You are correct about C21 providing training. First I should ask you what type of training are you seeking? If you are brand new, C21 can help. If you are already licensed C21 Can help. If you are experienced C21 can help. They can help a number of ways. We offer over 200 instructor led, online classes every quarter. We offer over 400 self paced courses you can take at your own speed. These all are offered with no charge. You just need some basic computer skills, a computer, a microphone to plug into your computer and you will be on your way to a wonderful experience. We also offer some tuition based courses. We offer spefic Social Media Courses..no charge..We provide the opportunity for you and your manager to tailor a program that addresses your current situation. Also, if you are not licensed, many of the C21 affiliates offer real estate schools. C21 is synonmus with training.
